Tried this last night for DinDin:
1. Ryme Vermentino His LasBrisasVnyd/Carneros (12.4%) 2019: Deep gold rather cloudy color; strong resiny/phenolic/VM fairly honeyed/honey graham/nutty/slight oxidative bit orangey/graham cracker rather complex perfumed nose; bit soft rather tangy/metallic fairly phenolic/resiny/VM fairly nutty/graham crackers/honeyed slight oxidative fairly smooth/lush quite complex flavor w/ very littletannic bite; very long/lingering slight orangey some honeyed/honey grahams/graham crackers light resiny/phenolic/VM very slight Vermen/carnations rather complex finish w/ little tannins; a quite lovely mature VM that is evolving very nicely into a mature VM; should go another 3-6 yrs & get even more interesting & more honeyed.

More mahomesstite from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. I was a bit surprised how much maturity this '19 showed. It was, on release, a classic youthful rather austere/tannic VM. It has lost all the austerity & is quite nice drinking, though I would like a bit more Vermen fruit to it.
The His is made from the same grapes as the Hers, but given extensive skin-contact and made in Amphora. I typically prefer the Hers for its intensity of Vermen fruit, one of Calif's best Vermentinos.
