2002 Bollinger Champagne R.D. Extra Brut - France, Champagne (12/24/2022)Christmas Eve dinner wine, and everything we could have hoped for. It was intensely toasty/biscuity with a fresh nutty edge and no trace of oxidation whatsoever. Deep flavors, long finish - just delicious. Happy to have two more!
