NV L. Aubry Fils Champagne Dualis Brut Sablissime 9899 - France, Champagne (12/11/2022)
Absolutely on point right now, with deep red fruit, toasty notes and a delicious butterscotch note on the finish that lasts and lasts. It’s mature but a wonderful drink right now. Received the coveted “this doesn’t suck” rating from Laura!

this is the long elevage/late disgorged wine?
I don't see much Aubry, just the Nombre d'Or 7 grape blend occasionally

Yes - this had something like 10 years on the lees.

I actively seek out Aubry, and it's still a tough one to find sometimes.
