I always look forward to early-mid January when TablasCreek sends out their annual Christmas gift to the TCV VINSider Club Members. I always wonder how Jason can come up with a new idea to gift his members with.
So when I got home today & opened my mailbox, here was a TCV small/thick envelope. What’s this doing here two weeks before Christmas??
With trembling hands, I rushed inside to crack that sucker open to see what Jason had come up with. Whilst I felt up the package, the thought rushed into my mind, wow… it’s an Apple iPhone 14 with a Tablas Creek logo.
Alas it was not to be. But it was a nice solid/sturdy AhSo wine opener that works far better than the flimsy one I have.
Moreover, the prongs come sheathed in a lovely wooden sheath, bearing the TCV logo. It appears to be crafted from a solid oak sheath that came from the stave from a TCV barrel head!!
But… wait… there’s more. On the back of the gift card are very detailed instructions on how to operate the AhSo… detailed enough that even a high-level physicist could understand how to work this AhSo. 'Cept no self-respecting physicist would ever deign to read the instructions!!
So Jason & TCV came thru once again with a lovely Christmas gift for your VINSider members. You folks are simply the best at taking care of your customers. You’re the best… the very best!!Thanks, Jason.
