Cracked this last night as my red:
1. Carlisle TwoAcres RRV RW (14.8%; Mourv/PetiteSirah/Valdepenas/AlicanteBouschet; 200 cs) SantaRosa 2001: Dark color somewhat browning; rather cedary/pencilly/oldRed slight plummy/Mourv/blackberry some toasty/oak somewhat complex attractive aged nose; soft rather cedary/pencilly/oldRed bit tired/dried out/metallic/tangy slight plummy/Mourv/blackberry/ripe/boysenberry bit alcoholic/fumey some toasty/oak some complex flavor w/ light drying tannins; soft long rather cedary/pencilly/oldRed slight plummy/Mourv/ripe some tired/dried out finish w/ light tannins; still some interesting things therein but pretty much on its last legs.

1. I tend to like my Twackers on the young side when it shows a lot of Mourv fruit. My first sniff of the cedary/oldRed character on this wine made me suspect I'd not get much pleasure from it.... which it fully delivered.
