More biofross from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Biokult: My first experience w/ this Burgenland producer, which is a cooperative of a bunch or organic/biodynamic growers in the Burgenland area. The importer describes this wine as "This deliciously funky natural wine could be the best "beer lovers wine" in our portfolio." Hardly what I would call a ringing endorsement for this wine.

2. Sfera is the natural wine arm of the I Clivi wnry in Friuli. I find the I Clivi wines are solid/interesting expressions of Friulian varietals. This Sfera was just rather undistinguished.
