More zooglefloosh from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Wavy: This is a natural wine, obviously. If you can call it a wine. EvinaVnyd & ShannonRidgeVnyd PinotGris hrvstd at 20.2 Brix + GaminoVnyd Chard hrvstd at 20.6 Brix. Three lots frmtd separately with 16-20 days skin contact. Once frmtations were complete, tanks drained of free-run & then rehydrated w/ H2O to make Cooler. Aged in SS till bttld in early Nov 2021. Native yeasts, no fining or filteration, no additions, zero SO2 additions. TA: 5.2 gm/l. VA: 0.59 gm/l.
Clearly an "orange wine", but no obvious phenolic/VM character. They label it not as PinotGris but as LS Gris. I have no idea what that means.
Not sure the purpose of this "wine", but it shows natural winemaking at its worst.

2. The OldHill Grenache was an extracted/mouth-filling/rugged/extracted wine and very atypical of Calif Grenach. Resembles more the OldHill Ancient Zin than anything. But I expect it'll develop into an interesting red w/ age.
