Tried these three last night:

More zizzerlust from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Last week I put up a TN on the Brunn Zweigelt, that I very much disliked for its strong earthy/loamy character. I made a disparaging comment on Zweigelt as a grape that received some push-back from people whose tastes I respect. I think those comments were probably harsh generalizations that were out of place. These last two Zweigelts I liked quite a lot.
That said, the earthy/loamy character of Zweigelt, which reminds me some of ContraCosta Mataro, is not one of my favorite grapes. But it has its place in the wine-world.
