I opened a bottle last evening...Thai food dinner. Light straw brief pink hint. Great acidity and salinity. As it opened, apple, caramel, butterscotch. 4 of us in raptures!! Wine Club buy..$300. Cda. 3 yrs under water, quite a crust on the bottle, need pliers to get rusted wire off. Never never seen or tasted a wine like this before!
