WTN: Vieux Telegraphe La Crau 2007 (375 ml)

Half bottle. Much more character than the previous bottle 2 years ago. Soft, sweet, earthy, a touch stinky, and rich. A proper CDP that's probably as good as it'll get. Nice with couscous and spicy mergueze sausage.
Three be the things I shall never attain:
Envy, content, and sufficient champagne.

We were on the same wavelength last night: I opened an '07 Pegau Cuvee Reservee. Yours seems to have more runway left. In our case, the first glass was exceptional and the second, less so.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

I miss the days of half bottles of 1998 VT for $14.99.

2007 was a bit of a crapshoot i CNduP, with a bunch being over ripe and some being really good. I somehow collected about 3 cases of various wines (but one case of Donjon being the largest holding) and I guess it is time to start getting into some of them.

I have had several bottles of 2007 Donjon over the years with mixed results. Have saved two of mine to see what might happen.
