WTN: Chateau Guiraud 2003

Pretty much immortal. Rich, persistent, honey, brown sugar, baked apple. Candied orange/marmalade. Has a good deal of freshness about it making it quite easy to drink. Had no trouble at all dealing with a tarte tatin.
