2019 Rhys Pinot Noir Home Vineyard - USA, California, Santa Cruz Mountains (7/28/2022)
One of the friendlier young Rhys Pinots I have ever tasted. Lots of juicy but still restrained fruit, and a subtle spice element made for a very drinkable wine. I liked the fruit/tannin balance, and and am glad I grabbed a few 750s to supplement my sampler pack 500ml bottles. This seems like a very promising edition of Home Vineyard.
