More vracacine from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Savatiano is the most widely planted white grape in Greece and plays a leading role in their production of Retsina. This producer, new to me, is a natural wine producer. Yet the wine was perfectly clean & showed no natty character whatsoever. They also make a Retsina which I am now tempted to try.
