2018 Vincent Pinot Noir Eola - Amity Hills - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Eola - Amity Hills (7/7/2022)
Consumed over two days, and while it was more evenly harmonious and even velvety on night two, I preferred the extra vibrance the first evening. About an hour of air did the trick, integrating the acidity, and strengthening the deep cherry and strawberry fruit. Tannic structure is present but not obtrusive. Good length on the finish, which heads towards darker cherry fruit. Pretty strong value for just a little over $20.
