2004 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (6/28/2022)
Hard to believe I have not opened a bottle of this in 16 years. Turns out that was a wise move, as this is in a perfect spot right this very moment. I have four more bottles, and could drink all of them tonight. Honey, spice, peach fruit, golden delicious apple, petrichor, it’s all there and more. Properly sweet for the pradikat, with a finishing jolt of acidity, the balance is old school bright vintage Mosel. Drink now or anytime.

I thought I had a few of these, but it's the Schlossberg spat, but this encourages me to dig out.
