Betsy made flank steak recipe from Polpo cookbook, spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and kale, Wine was the 2002 Galardi Terra di Lavoro (Roccamonfina). This hasn’t aged so well. Tannins still have a hard edge, dark fruits are getting roasted/pruney, a slight VA note. C+

Thursday was ,ussels, broccoli with anchovies, leftover pasta., with the 2019 Drouhin Rully blanc. Fun and easy drinking- pear, apple blossom, just a hint of vanilla. Well balanced, decent length. B/B+

soy/honey chicken thigh, rice with furikake, bok choy
2016 Francois Cotat Chavignol Rose
Young (these are one of 3 or 4 roses I’ll age), crunchy red fruits, citrus zest, excellent length. B+

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice. Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
