WTN: Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva 2015

From a half bottle. Still a bit of tannin action going on. Needs maybe 20 minutes in the glass to soften it. Attractive, fruity nose. Very bright acidity - strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry. Maybe a little too much if you're just drinking and not eating. Appropriate wine for spaghetti and meatballs and pizza. Not a lot of complexity, but enjoyable with a meal. While it might have a bit of upside potential, I would rather drink it now.
Three be the things I shall never attain:
Envy, content, and sufficient champagne.

Sometimes "not a lot of complexity" actually makes the wine a perfect food partner.
