My last bottle, and opened at the exact right time. Every once in a while it works out. Earth, spice, red fruit all came together in a coordinated dance from the time the bottle was opened until it was finished three hours later. Sometime when I open a bottle the first few sips are extra interesting, but then that spark fades. Not here. The last sip was just as exciting as the first. If I had more I would drink it now to capture that spark. It’s too good.
