GrapeCollective: ElioOttin Val d'Aosta Wines..

A somewhat interesting though not terribly profound article by ChrisBarnes in the GrapeCollective
https://grapecollective.com/articles/nicolas-ottin-of-ottin-elio-on-the-beauty-and-uniqueness-of-italys-high-altitude-valle-d-aosta
on the wines of Elio Ottin.
I had two of them at Breckenridge over Christmas and liked them quite a lot.
One of my favorite area in all Italy. Too bad they make such little wine. It's sad that over 90%
of the vnyds have been abandoned over the last 100 yrs.
