Tried this last night:
1. Lo-Fi 28% SauvBlanc/72% Chard SantaBarbaraCnty (12.5%; www.LoFi-Wines.com; Skin-frmtd: 2 weeks; 471 cs) SantaMaria 2021: Light bronze quite cloudy color; some phenolic/skin-contact/VM light earthy/herbal/Chard lightly fruity interesting nose; rather tart/tangy/metallic some VM/phenolic/resiny fairly earthy slight herbal/SB/melony bit tannic rather unbusual/interesting flavor; long some phenolic/resiny/VM lightly tart/tannic somewhat herbal/SB/melony/low fruit flavor w/ light tannins; some strong VM/skin-contact character w/ some SB fruit; a VM-lite. $25.50 (KK)

1. Lo-Fi Wines is a natural wine producer of Craig & Michael Winchester. The wine was perfectly clean & showed no natty character whatsoever. It can be done if you use care in the winemaking.
