My last bottle of the June 2011 disgorgement. It was "misplaced" for a bit, so that I thought it was gone. Glad it was still there! It's certainly mature, and for some no doubt overly mature, but I love the nutty caramelly character, and it's still vibrant. Salty finish, and lingering nut/apple skin notes. Delicious.

Also a favourite of ours, usually present in the cellar in both blanc and rose forms. And I also like them mature - what we have in the cellar was bought around 6 years ago.
