WTN: Don’t Tread On Me

  • 2020 Enfield Wine Co. Pinot Noir Foot Tread Rosé - USA, California, North Coast, Wild Horse Valley (4/16/2022)
Strawberry, cranberry, cinnamon accents and more depth than three bottles of “normal” Rosé combined. This isn’t so much the hot summer day quaffer, but displays a more serious side that stands up to strongly flavored food (Indian kebabs and Matar Paneer).

One hopes it isn't really foot-tread. That would be taking natural winemaking a step too far, IMO.
