Nice Toscana Bianco from Elisbetta Geppetti.

I had been eyeing this one on the shelf downtown and was lucky to taste on arrival at a recent prime rib dinner..with sushi and a lovely tomato salad.

2019 Fattoria Le Pupille Poggio Argentato Maremma Toscana.

60% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Petit Manseng, 10% Traminer, 5% Semillon. Good nat cork, Lot #39-20, 13.5% alc, clay based soil with sandstone. $28 Cda.

Bright yellow with greenish tints. Inviting nose with cut grass, floral and some minerality. Dry and fresh on the tongue, very good wine here..lemon herbs prominent but lots going on.
Initial entry thought is dry, medium bodied, lengthy. Just the style I was expecting! Medium acidity, great fruit balance. Bit pricey but in for 2 bottles.

Sounds wonderful, Bob. Must admit though, there are so many Italian wines that when I see interesting ones I don't even write them down anymore since the chance of me coming across the same wine is about zero. So many wines, so few resources!
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
