- 2019 Vincent Pinot Noir Ribbon Ridge - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Ribbon Ridge (4/10/2022)
Four months of additional cellar time, and three hours of decanting have tamed the over exuberance this wine had on release. Now it’s fresh, open and robustly fruity, with an undercurrent of damp earth that bodes well for aging. Of course I will likely drink through over half the case before it ever gets a chance to develop. Too good now. Thank you Vincent, and thank you Jim Cowan for the push to buy this wine by the case.
