A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. TrousseauGris is the variety once known in Calif as GrayRiesling. It was pretty much abandoned because it made rather dull/undistinctive wines. It was usually vinified to resemble Riesling and usually left a bit off-dry. Fanucchi-WoodRd is the largest remaining planting in Calif of GrayRiesling. Based on this Pax wine, it still makes undistinguished wines.
