Opened this last night for a pasta in a smoked pork/tomato/fennel sauce, and it couldn't have been a better match:

2011 Domaine du Pégau Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Réservée Red Rhone Blend
Of recent CT reviews, CRUNGE nails best what we enjoyed last night: " Lighter than the typical Pegau and starting to show a bit of age. It has all the Pegau hallmarks: funk, cherries, blood, and barnyard, just in smaller amounts than the great vintages." Happy to have four more bottles.

Good to hear.

Will have some more Pegau notes to post soon.

Let me know when you want to open a 2007 de Capo......
