A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Last week, I met the ambassadrice for Phillipe Gonet Champagnes, so wanted to try one of her sparklers. Alas, this Gonet-Medeville has no relation to her Gonet, which doesn't appear to be brought into NM.

2. Champagne: Is not something I make a habit of drinking at table. Usually I'm served it as a pre-dinner apertif & don't pay much attention to it; just slam it back. To me, the process dominates the wine & unless I'm tasting several side-by-side, I can't identify much that makes one unique to the other. My vocabulary just isn't up to tasting Champagne. But this G-M was one of the best I can recall in some time.
