Tried these two w/ Susan over the weekend:
1. Fongoli bianco fongoli IGT: Umbria Trebbiano (11.5%; Organic grapes; 85% Trebbiano/15% Grechetto; Aged on Noble lees in SS for several months; TA: 4.59 gm/l, VA: 0.53 gm/l; SO2: 14 mg/l, pH: 3.60, RS < 1 gm/l; www.Forgoli.com; U; Louis/Dressner Slctns) Fongoli/Montefalco 2020: Deep golden color; rather leesy/phenolic/resiny/ViniMacerati little fruit slight oxidative/nutty nose; soft bi tagy/metallic fairly phenolic/resiny/VM slight volatile rather leesy/earthy no fruit somewhat interesting totally dry flavor w/ light tannic bite; med.short rather soft/underacid rather leesy some resiny/phenolic/VM fairly earthy no fruit finish w/ slight tannic bite; no unclean or natty character on the palate; a somewhat savory strange/interesting white w/ no fruit but not very thrilling; much more leesy than VM. $21.00 (KK)

Le Dos d'Chat Trousseau des Corvees VinDeFrance (13.8%; MFW Wine/NY) Vins Fabrice Dodane/Mathenay 2019: Dark color; very strong earthy/loamy rather funky/fusty/mousey/hantavirus/natty/unclean very slight plummy unattractive nose; bit soft very strong earthy/loamy quite unclean/natty/mousey/hantavirus no fruit quite sour unattractive flavor w/ light tannins; long quite loamy/earthy somewhat unclean/natty/mousey/hantavirus no fruit pretty unattractive finish w/ light tannic bite; shows no Trousseau character & dominated by earthy/loamy rather natty character; a rather ugly/unclean/natty wine; way overpriced at $41.70 (KK)
