Dry honey and warm hay...words I'd have never thought of but when I think of some great new world Roussannes I've had this fits perfectly. Will admit, though, to never having had a California roussanne that I'm aware of. It does grow well up here and I'm helpless to pass up a bottle when I see it. Love the grape. It could replace chardonnay for me if there were more of it.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
