2014 Arcadian Pinot Gris Sierra Madre Vineyard

Consumed over a couple of evenings, this shows good palate presence, while also being very dry. It’s more about spice and honey than fruit, but it doesn’t feel oxidized or tired, just being what it’s supposed to be. Almost reminds me of what aged, dry Alsatian Pinot Gris used to be before it all had residual sugar.

I will enjoy my other bottles soon. I like this where is now.
