A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. This MonteRosso Semillon is one of the oldest Semillon plantings in the World. This wine reminded me some of the old LouisMartini MonteRosso Semillons but w/ more structure & richness. I would dearly love to see Bedrock make a version of this Semillon where they hit it w/ a ton of Stockinger new oak so it resembles some of the HunterVlly Semillons which evolve into a very Sauternes-like wine.
