My first experience with this producer, so just trying to get the lay of the land. Freshness/brightness is aligned to a little bit of extra breadth on the finish than I would have expected. It almost reaches creaminess, but light cream, maybe just half & half. Crisp apple fruit and mineral water are accompanied by just a touch of reductive flint. I like this style, and would enjoy trying more.
