Cracked this last night:
1. Ryme Fiano LagoVnyd/SonomaCnty (12.2%) 2013: Light gold color; pleasant aromatic/floral/carnations/citric/grapefruity light chalky/mineral bit spicy/nutmeg quite pretty nose; fairly tart/tangy strong floral/carnations/grapefruity/citric fairly rich light mineral/chalky slight spicy/metallic quite lovely flavor; very long/lingering fairly tart/tangy quite floral/carnations/grapefruity/lemony light chalky/mineral finish; almost R-like in its aromatics this is a world-class expression of Fiano and better than most from Campania and doesn't show the rusticity of most of those. $30.00

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. When I first tasted this wine on release, it was a pretty lightweight white, bordering on bland. It has really put on weight and developed some very high-toned aromatics. Almost as good as the recent Mastroberardino Radici. But still world-class Fiano.
