Wow, six years since I last had a bottle of this wine, but it’s so good now. Pear spice cake with just a tiny drizzle of icing that lingers but doesn’t coat the mouth. It’s a wonderful match with sweet potato, goat cheese and caramelized onion quesadillas. The food makes the wine better and the wine makes the food better. Feels like it can age well for a very long time. Or you can just drink it now!
