- 2019 Extradimensional Wine Co. Yeah! Mourvèdre Hold Me Tight - USA, California (10/23/2021)
It’s always going to be wild. Take out pizza, in a hotel, on our first real vacation in two years. It’s as if we have stepped into another world. The three-eyed god/goddess/demon/spirit/raven(!) on the label foretells journeys of the mind and spirit. Incense, tobacco, citrus oil - it’s a shaman’s yurt, ready for the ceremony. The Mourvèdre anchors the palate. It’s the Earth, warm and deep. Then the electricity hits, like a bolt out of the blue. The sky opens up with brilliant, multicolored flashes, levitating the body until the tannic arms of the Mourvèdre reach back up and bring it back to Earth “through the transitive nightfall of diamonds.” (thank you Robert Hunter)

Wow, you're trippin'!
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
