2019 Synchromesh 'Drier'
Not going to write my own TN, I'll just repeat this one I found on CT written by one NOBLEROT23: Since you can’t teach an old cog new shifts, I manually double clutched this “drier” version of Synchromesh’s entry level Riesling with anticipation. Starting with a sampler Porschen, the transmission of aromas shifted smoothly between pear, citrus and mango. Definitely a leaner gear down from the 2018 vintage but still a round, tingly, fresh fruit Mosel mimic that provided more solid than stellar pleasure. Whoever called this white “drier” is a white liar as the checkered flag finish seemed more sweet than tart. Don’t Benz the rules! Nevertheless, a truly Tiptronic tipple that welcomes individual interpretation. Sadly, my glass soon ran out of fluid, running on empty. Just like my first autobahn, this wine went from ahhh to gone. Tomorrow’s forecast: Audi with sunny periods.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

I did go ahead and post my own TN after all, which went:

Considering Synchromesh's reputation, this wasn't the Cadillac hoped for. I expected it to lay some rubber but mostly it just idled. And, did someone put sugar in the antifreeze? It was sweeter than and lacked the octane of the Orofino Clone 21B we loved last week. (With a bow to NOBLEROT23).

Perhaps it just wasn't a Goodyear.

And probably not their Formula One offering, either.
