Eight months after first tasting this I revisited tonight, and wow what a difference with some time in bottle. As soon as I opened it the aroma of orange blossoms exploded from the bottle. Two hours later there's no reduction in intensity, and other elements have joined in. The struck match element that seemed so dominant months ago has become a complimentary facet, with peach and nutmeg adding to the mix. Acids are prominent and refreshing, making it very easy to go back for another sip and another glass. There's plenty of stuffing for some short to mid-term cellaring, but it's delicious right now.
