With burgers on Thursday night:

2001 Château Barde-Haut St. Émilion Grand Cru Red Bordeaux Blend
This wine peaked in the last three years but there's still a lot of delicious stuff going on. Fully mature red and black fruit intertwined with mushrooms and tobacco. Decanting suggested for sediment removal only.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Yep - good time to drink most 2001 Bordeaux.
