- 2018 EMH Cabernet Sauvignon Black Cat - USA, California, Napa Valley (8/19/2021)
Decanted at 4:00 and served at 6:00, this is chocolate covered black cherries with a tannic whip finish. Purring cat with really sharp claws. It’s not punishing at all to drink now with food, but on its own there is no question that time is needed. Feels close to or even at Special Selection level, and quite reasonably priced in the Napa Cab market.

I used to like Pur Sang back in the day. Haven't had it in years - certainly not since DD passed.
