Initially opened at about cellar temp, I preferred this just slightly cooler. Lots of crisp yellow fruit tones, overlaying a solid base of mineral. Not so sweet, it felt more like a Feinherb style, which was fine for me. Easy to guzzle because of the balance, but I have a glass or two to follow over the next couple of days.
