Delved into my TablasCreek stash last night:
1. TablasCreekVnyd EspritBlanc de Tablas Estate/AdelaidaDist/PasoRobles (72% Roussanne/23% GrenacheBlanc/5% PicpoulBlanc; 13.5%) 2014: Med.gold color; beautiful perfumed/Rouss/honeysuckle/honeyed very floral/carnations/gardenias light pencilly/oak slight chalky/perfumed talc fairly complex very aromatic nose; fairly tart/tangy beautiful honeysuckle/floral/Rouss/carnations/gardenias light chalky/perfumed talc/mineral light pencilly/oak rather complex flavor; very long/lingering very strong Rouss/floral/gardenias/honeysuckly slight pencilly/oak rather complex finish; still loads of primary Rouss fruit but strarting to show some evolution but not yet that nutty/toasted hazelnuts/bit oxidative character of a fully evolved EspritBlanc; will probably go another 5-10 yrs yet.

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. The TCV Tannat has always been one of my favorite TCV wines and sort of an outlier in their portfolio. It is typically their biggest wine in a portfolio dominated by polished/svelte/balanced red wines. But it seems to age just as well as the others.
