A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Over the last 20-30 yrs, I've not been much of a fan of SB. But, lately, I'm finding a lot that I really like. From Calif, the Bedrocks and the DryCreekVnyds are my favorites. But I would say that the SBs from Friuli/Sudtirol/Sudstiermark are consistently my favorites. The don't have the aggressive/herbal/cat pee character that I don't care much for in SB.
