You're welcome, Richard. To clarify my comment, I meant to suggest that awareness of a group's culture is a good thing. That's certainly not the same as changing it, a task that would be difficult and probably unlikely for one person to accomplish.
Don't worry about a thread growing long, though. That's a sign of success! And the forum works nicely to present the newest responses at the end of each thread, so they are easy to find.
