Peaches and grapefruit dominate the aromatics, but the palate has many more layers, from Sauvignon-esque gooseberry to fresh sage and ocean spray. There’s a touch of bitterness on the finish that some of us liked, and some of us did not, but overall it’s a lovely expression of an under appreciated grape.
