This is open for business but by no means fully mature. There’s a whole lot of flavor, from fruit through earth and tobacco. It’s quite even in terms of density from front to back, and not showing much in the way of nuance. What it is showing is a boisterous personality, some sneaky back end tannin, and plenty of stuffing to stand up to a delicious home cooked burger. Glad to have more, and in no rush to drink them.
