My current brand thatI use is called Grassl. I mostly use their Liberté and Mineralité glasses.

Depends on the wine. I drink chardonnay, pinot noir, and most southern Rhone types out of a wide burgundy bowl, and cabernet and syrah out of something about as large in volume but narrower. Rose, out of smaller glasses, the size Riedel used to call a chardonnay glass. Depends a lot on acidity and age. Too, the shape of glassware can really change the aromatics, which affects the way wine tastes so I choose based on certain expectations. But there's no one glass for everything.

Since your focus is mostly on one type of wine that makes a lot of sense. One of the guys in my tasting group only owns Bordeaux stems. He has been collecting and drinking Bordeaux and Cabernet from other parts of the world since the 1960s. He likes other wines, but does not buy them.

David, I can't imagine being so narrowly focussed. I, you and many here happily enjoy many different wines but also enjoy a wide variety of foods with which we pair the wines we drink. Hard to imagine life any other way.

I use a set of six big-bowl high-end wine glasses that came with some top-end Muga Rioja. I forget who made them. I also use ISO tasting glasses.

When I joined my main tasting group in 1998 I opened the first white wine they had tasted blind in over ten years. From their inception in 1974 they were a Bordeaux, Rhône, Burgundy, and a tiny bit of Northern Italian group (with the occasional Port). Some of the members owned other wines, but rarely drank them. I managed to buy some very nice, old German Rieslings that one member had bought on release, and never opened.

I've been using the Jancis Robinson wine glass recently and it is very nice as an elegant all-purpose glass.
