- 2001 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (5/24/2021)
Twenty years on this Kabinett has at least twenty years to go. It’s integrated into a for, that does not present a specific type of fruit, but there is no absence of fruit. The tertiary smoke, vanilla coated rocks and tea blend into the mix, and it carries on like a train whistle in the mountains, echoing through the canyons of the mind.
