I was a big fan of most Poujeaux vintages from the 80s and 90s and have drunk all my bottles with great pleasure. IMO in those days it was punching at the weight of a good 3rd GCC. Conventional wisdom is that there was a decline in the last years of the Theil regime but that things have been at least partially restored by the Cuvelier family. 2001 is the last vintage of which I had several bottles and, delicious though it is, I find that it lacks some of the robustness of its predecessors. The only subsequent vintages which I have tried are 2006, 2008 and 2012, straddling the change of ownership period. None of these perform quite up to the level to which I was accustomed but 2010 could be different.
