A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. This wine is co-frmtd in concrete tanks. Aged w/ no SO2 in concrete tanks. Then sugar is added & bttld, so it undergoes a 2'nd fermentation in the btl. When opened, there was a big puff of a CO2 cloud. A thoroughly unthrilling natural wine, but at least clean & not natty.
