2015 AOC Chablis.
Yellow gold; rim consistent with age. Aromas are white fruit and white flower dominant. A hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, dust, slate, stoniness and just a touch of eucalyptus emerge. Clearly linear texture, medium plus finish. Medium plus acidity which lingered for days. Impression: balanced, complex, neither intense nor extracted (nor oaky, Jenise). We've enjoyed a series of basic AOC Chablis over the years and find the wines to be a very good value. Screwcap, but I replace that with a VacuVin cap. Seems to enhance staying power. Your mileage may vary.
